Reber, a former employee, against Mel Falley, Inc. d/b/a Falley's Market No. 3 (Falley's). Plaintiff was discharged by the defendant on July 11, 1980. A month later she commenced this proceeding before the Kansas Commission on Civil Rights by filing a complaint charging that Falley's discharged her because of her sex, in violation of K.S.A. 44-1009.
